Personal Training sessions combine resistance training, cardio, stretching, core and abdominal training all in one effective workout. Alongside this, I will work with you to correct postural problems, muscle imbalances, introduce functional training and monitor your diet.
One to one personal training is probably the quickest and most effective way of realising your fitness goals. You’ll gain the knowledge, motivation, and confidence you need to achieve your desired results. Working out with a personal trainer generally makes your training 60 to 70% more effective than working out alone.
Your sessions will be personalised, periodised and progressive to keep your body challenged.
Whether you choose to train outdoors, at home or at the gym, you'll experience some of the best and most challenging workouts you've ever done and leave each session with a sense of accomplishment.
Nutrition and lifestyle choices are vitally important in determining the speed and level of your results. Good nutrition will also prevent many common ailments and make you feel more energised.
Coaching will include a 4 week detox diet, ongoing nutritional support and sample diet sheet.
Training is also available for small groups of 2 or 3 people where the focus will be on circuit based general fitness. Ideal if you want to train with a friend or colleague.
